Due to the importance of the Health Canada health study on wind turbine noise and its significance to rural residents in Canada, I have taken the opportunity to provide a copy of my comments to The Right Honourable Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of Health and the public.
