Icebreaker Windpower tries to subvert justice: applies for motion to quash opposition Intervenor Status application

Please find attached a media release pertaining to public objection to the formerly known LEEDCo (Lake Erie Energy Development Corp), project, now known as Icebreaker Windpower. It is the same project, with the same enormous obstacles.
Former Chair of the OPSB (Ohio Power Siting Board), basically shut the project down, giving the developer, Lorry Wagner, a laundry list of "omissions, errors, and need to do's." However, the file has been changed to a new number, and that laundry list, no longer appears under the new file. Various members of concerned groups, have resurrected those concerns.
It is we assure you, the same proposed project, with the same dangers. And the same international level of objection. This intense migration route(s) will absolutely intersect, and the slaughter we estimate would be worse than Wolfe Island.
